itContracting are currently seeking applicants for a Project Manager (Laboratory Instrument & Systems Upgrades). This is a long-term contract based onsite with our client in Waterford.


This role is intended to ensure the delivery of instrument / system upgrade projects related to lifecycle management of laboratory instruments and readiness for connection to a new corporate LIMS that will be rolled out in 2022.


Ideal candidate has:

  • A background in Laboratory IT systems and computerised laboratory instruments in a GxP setting.
  • Experience of qualification of lab instruments and systems (IQ, OQ, PQ) in a GxP environment
  • Experience of leading / project managing laboratory IT projects start to end in a GxP setting e.g. from procurement through to handover to QC for use in batch release testing.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills and familiar with working with cross-functional teams.


Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 4 Visa to apply.
