Sharon is itContracting Practice Director and has led the team since its inception from strength-to-strength over the last seven years. With over 20 years experience in the IT and Recruitment industry Sharon has deep sectoral expertise in outsourcing and staffing solutions to both the Public and Private sectors. Sharon’s background encompasses Account Management, Sales and Recruitment for companies such as Dell and Evros Technology Group. She is a member of the National Recruitment Federation and is an advocate of delivering the highest possible standards and codes of practice to clients and candidates alike.

Tracy is the Associate Director for itContracting, and is responsible for our growing team of experienced IT recruitment consultants. Tracy has gained significant experience within the recruitment industry, most recently as Operations Manager at Morgan McKinley. She holds a CIPD Diploma in HR Management; MMI Certifications and earned a Master’s Degree in Business from the Irish Management Institute. A former entrepreneur, Tracy established and ran successful recruitment business, Evolve Training & Recruitment. Her broad experience across the Public and private sector includes roles in People Management and the delivery of training programmes. Her well-rounded background delivers a strong blend of value-add experience to itContracting’s strategic growth.

As itContracting’s Service Delivery Manager Carol is responsible for partnering with both our clients and Associates to ensure the delivery of the highest level of recruitment and staffing solutions and services. Carol has in-depth experience working in Technical Recruitment as well as Sales and Account Management for some of the most prominent names in the industry such as Oracle and Datapac. Since joining itContractings in 2014 Carol has been responsible for the ongoing delivery of some of the largest and most complex IT staffing solutions services in the Public and Private sectors in Ireland, from Helpdesks and multilingual support centres, through to Project Management Offices and Development teams. Carol holds a Masters in Business and Employee Engagement from the Irish Management Institute.

Louise is itContracting’s Finance and Resourcing Administrator and key Project coordinator.  Louise is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and also leads our Back Office operations, including Quotations, Invoicing, Order Processing, Procurement and Payroll. With a background in Account Management for leading companies, Louise is highly experienced in managing large corporate accounts and resourcing operations.

With a background in IT Support, Infrastructure Engineering and Service Desk Management Chris is both an IT engineering and IT recruitment specialist. Chris has over 17 years working in both the IT and Recruitment sectors for Evros and itContracting and represents the highest levels of technical expertise. Chris also leads itContracting’s technical screening process with our candidates. During his seven years with itContracting Chris has successfully built long standing relationships with IT technology professionals and clients throughout Ireland and within the Evros Technology Group. Chris is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology and a Microsoft Certified System Engineer.

Brian is a long standing member of the recruitment team in itContracting and has specialised in Permanent and Contract IT recruitment with particular expertise in sourcing and placing Project Managers and Infrastructure Engineers for the last 6 years. Brian has worked in the staffing, recruitment and employment sectors for over 10 years with companies such as Cpl, Matrix Recruitment, the Rehab Group and Unum Ireland. Brian holds an NRF certificate in Recruitment Practice and is a graduate of Carlow Institute of Technology with a degree in Business and Services Marketing.

Paul is a Technology Recruitment Specialist with a deep background in IT, having worked for a number of years in the UK and Ireland in IT Management, Field Engineering and Technical Support roles. In recent years Paul has expanded his already broad skillset into staffing, payroll solutions, accounts management and IT recruitment. Paul joined Evros in 2014 and as well as Technical Resourcing and Recruitment he is our resident database and CMS administrator.

Alison is a highly driven Recruitment Consultant here at itContracting. With a strong interest in digital marketing and UX/UI design, she is dedicated to finding experienced, high-caliber candidates in this area. Alison joined the team after graduating from Maynooth University with a bachelor’s in international business and management. As someone who enjoys a varied and fast paced environment, she was immediately attracted to recruitment. She enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, to ensure she finds them the best fit.

Daniel is a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist here at itContracting. He has an extremely dynamic background which allows him to bring a variety of skills to his role. He is particularly knowledgeable across the telecom sector, as well as the customer service and sales markets. Daniel has a keen eye for talent and uses his vast experience to bring the best roles within the IT sector to candidates and clients alike. He is very driven and gets a huge amount of satisfaction from having a positive impact in everything he does.

Niall is a dynamic, highly motivated Recruitment Specialist here at itContracting. A self-starter and people’s person, Niall’s role is to source the best talent on the market and ensure they are placed with the ideal client. Having over 10 years’ experience in a variety of fields Niall has a wealth of experience and knowledge in sales and customer service across a range of markets. Previously a successful entrepreneur Niall is a real people’s person who is extremely dedicated and particularly skilled in finding the ideal opportunities and top-class talent.

Corina is part of itContracting’s Resource and Finance Administration team. With a rich experience in Office and Recruitment Administration, Corina is committed to delivering high quality service to clients and associates. As part of her role, she will be assisting with Back Office operations, including quotations, Invoicing, Order processing, Procurement and Payroll.

Aoife is itContracting’s Contract Administrator. Her responsibilities include issuing and managing contracts, assisting our onsite associates, overseeing timesheet administration and resolving day to day queries.Aoife joined the team at the beginning of 2020 after graduating at Dublin Business School with a Certificate in Digital Marketing. She is highly adept at guiding candidates through our onboarding process and her focus is to ensure this process is as easy and smooth as possible for them.Aoife also has a Joint Honours BA in Sociology and Information & Social Computing from UCD.

Ciara is a highly driven Recruitment Consultant here at itContracting. As one of the team’s newest members, she is keen to learn and grow her skillset through working with clients and candidates across the country. Following several years leading a highly successful sales administration team, she already has the relevant toolsets in place to guide the recruitment journey from both sides, seamlessly. She has fantastic communication skills and loves to meet new people.  

Laura is a highly ambitious Recruitment Consultant here at itContracting. As a person who enjoys a diverse schedule, Laura was drawn to recruitment after graduating from NUI Galway with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Laura specialised in marketing for her degree which supports her success in her role. She is a very outgoing and approachable person who will strive to find the best job to fit each person. 

Martha specialises in temporary, contract and permanent recruitment across a multitude of specialist IT roles. With a decade’s experience in sales, she is highly motivated and a great communicator. Approachable and easy to talk to, Martha is keen to ensure success for both clients and candidates alike.  

As a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist, Holly’s role is to source the best talent on the market and ensure they are placed with the ideal client. Holly has a wealth of experience and knowledge covering the public sector, sales and customer service. She also holds an NRF certificate in Recruitment Practice and has a degree in Business and Recreation Management. 

Rebecca is a bright and professional recruiter at itContracting. Her role is to source the best IT Talent for new and existing clients. She has rich experience recruiting across EMEA in several different industries including IT and healthcare. Rebecca's passion is building relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring that the best match has been made for a business to prosper. Rebecca holds a Master’s in Business Management and a Certificate of Higher Education in Psychology and Counselling.

Yvonne started her career in IT in 1987 working in a Data Communications company and has worked in the industry ever since. Her passion for people and delivering the best service possible is what has driven her career over 35 years. Finding the right person for the right job is the number one goal and she strives to delivery that every day. 

Pat is responsible for bid management at itContracting, particularly in relation to public sector resourcing opportunities. He has an extensive background in software development, bid and project management in Ireland and Belgium, and was a partner in an ICT-focused recruitment business for many years. Pat is a highly proactive professional with well-developed skills and experience in areas such as proposal and contract preparation, financial analysis, business development and relationship building. 

As a Recruitment Consultant here at itContracting, Jennifer’s main goal is to attract the best talent across candidates and clients alike. With experience in talent acquisition within sales and customer support, she is highly adept at sourcing the right people through developing an in-depth understanding of her clients’ needs. For Jennifer, there is nothing more rewarding than letting a candidate know they’ve successfully secured their dream job. Jennifer holds a master’s degree in HR Management and draws on this knowledge every day.
